SAP HCM Integration Consultant

We are currently building out an SAP HCM squad for our customer in Melbourne.



* Implement the HCM Integration solution as part of the overall implementation project team.
* Lead local design/mapping workshops with client to gather and document detailed information on the requirements, while keep alignment and consistency with global design.
* Support implementation payroll project team with the integration decision aspects impacting payroll design
* Responsible for configuration, unit testing, end-to-end integration testing, data loading, go-live cutover and transition to client services to ensure a successful go live

Senior SAP Finance Consultant & Solution Owner - S/4HANA RISE - Oslo




Our customer in Oslo is embarking on a strategic SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA RISE transformation and is looking for a highly experienced SAP Finance Consultant & Solution Responsible to play a key role in this journey.

You will act as the end‑to‑end solution owner for SAP Finance, working closely with business stakeholders, IT, and implementation partners to ensure a successful transition to S/4HANA. This is a high‑impact role combining hands‑on SAP Finance expertise with solution leadership and decision‑making responsibility.



SAP Finance Solution Ownership

* Act as Solution Responsible for SAP Finance across the S/4HANA RISE program

Overview:

Our client, a rapidly growing organization undergoing continued digital transformation, is seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Operations Consultant to support system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts. This individual will play a critical role in aligning Epicor Kinetic capabilities with operational business processes across multiple functional areas.



Location: Remote with approximately 25% travel to client or company sites as needed.



Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support Epicor Kinetic implementations and system upgrades, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
* Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize operational workflows within Epicor.
* Configure and support core Epicor Kinetic Operations modules, including:
* Planning & Scheduling
* Engineering
* Manufacturing/Production processes

* Demonstrated experience creating and managing BAQs and BPMS.
* Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.

* Develop Epicor BAQs, BPMs, user-defined fields, dashboards, forms, reports, and system customizations to optimize ERP utilization
* Support Epicor ERP configuration and governance, including user setup and role-based access control
* Provide daily IT operational support, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure system uptime and user productivity
* Analyze, evaluate, and modify application programs, including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
* Create SQL queries and reports to extract and manage data across multiple relational databases
* Develop detailed work instructions and documentation to support end users
