    General Purpose of the Job

    The ERP Application Developer supports the organisation's application and operational needs by analyzing, enhancing, and maintaining the Epicor ERP system along with related custom programs. This role is responsible for developing, testing, and training on applications that align with the company's operational processes.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    * Develop Epicor BAQs, BPMs, user-defined fields, dashboards, forms, reports, and system customizations to optimize ERP utilization
    * Support Epicor ERP configuration and governance, including user setup and role-based access control
    * Provide daily IT operational support, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure system uptime and user productivity
    * Analyze, evaluate, and modify application programs, including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
    * Create SQL queries and reports to extract and manage data across multiple relational databases
    * Develop detailed work instructions and documentation to support end users
    * Maintain technical documentation and source control for design and implementation projects
    * Assist in administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments, including user lifecycle management, security groups, permissions, and access policies
    * Utilize strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel capabilities to support business needs

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    * Strong technical expertise in Epicor, including BAQs, BPMs, and system customizations
    * Proficiency in Visual Studio and SQL Management Studio
    * Familiarity with AngularJS and/or jQuery (preferred)
    * Experience with C#, SRRS, SQL
    * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

    Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

    * 2-4 years of experience as a software/application developer
    * Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Epicor ERP

    Job Title: Epicor Kinetic Operations Consultant



    Overview:

    Our client, a rapidly growing organization undergoing continued digital transformation, is seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Operations Consultant to support system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts. This individual will play a critical role in aligning Epicor Kinetic capabilities with operational business processes across multiple functional areas.



    Location: Remote with approximately 25% travel to client or company sites as needed.



    Key Responsibilities:

    * Lead and support Epicor Kinetic implementations and system upgrades, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
    * Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize operational workflows within Epicor.
    * Configure and support core Epicor Kinetic Operations modules, including:
    * Planning & Scheduling
    * Engineering
    * Manufacturing/Production processes
    * Develop, maintain, and optimize Business Activity Queries (BAQs) to support reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making.
    * Translate business requirements into functional Epicor solutions and provide best practice recommendations.
    * Support testing, training, and documentation for system enhancements and new functionality.
    * Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing functional support.
    * Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.



    Required Qualifications:

    * Strong hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic (ERP).
    * Proven track record supporting or leading Epicor implementations and/or upgrades.
    * Deep functional knowledge of Operations-focused modules, including Planning/Scheduling, Engineering and Customer service.
    * Demonstrated experience creating and managing BAQs and BPMS.
    * Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
    * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    * Willingness to travel up to 25%.



    Preferred Qualifications:

    * Experience working in manufacturing or distribution environments.
    * Exposure to MES, Advanced Planning, or Quality modules.
    * Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
    * Understanding of system integrations and reporting tools.

    General Statement / Purpose of Job

    The Financial Controller is responsible for leading the organization's financial management, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis functions. This role oversees core accounting operations with a strong emphasis on cost control, margin management, inventory integrity, and financial performance analysis. The Financial Controller partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to support data‑driven decision‑making and improve financial outcomes across the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    Cost Accounting & Profitability Management

    1 Lead cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and margin analysis.
    2 Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to identify key drivers impacting profitability.
    3 Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to enhance cost visibility, controls, and operational efficiency.
    4 Support pricing strategies through product, customer, and project‑level profitability analysis.

    Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning

    1 Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles, including revenue, cost, and margin projections.
    2 Prepare short‑ and long‑term financial forecasts to support operational and strategic planning.
    3 Track performance against budget and forecast; provide variance explanations and recommended corrective actions.

    Financial Reporting & Controls

    * Demonstrated experience with cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

    Working Conditions
